Virtual Assistant - Membership Support

Key Responsibilities Member Support & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, updates, and troubleshooting Respond promptly and professionally to member questions, complaints, and feedback Guide members through signing up, updating billing, canceling, and adding vehicles Support outbound efforts for renewals and re-engagement with past members Systems & Data Management Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations daily using Zoho Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records Monitor failed or expired payment methods and follow up with members Track membership statistics and prepare regular reports Cross-Team Coordination Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and communications Work with the accounting department to reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies Assist in building a points or rewards system to drive member engagement and retention Qualifications 2+ years experience in customer service, marketing, or membership administration Strong written and verbal communication skills Active listening and empathy in member interactions Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment Highly organized and detail-oriented
