Part-Time Social Media Content & Reels Expert Job Type: Part-Time, Ongoing Hours: About 40 hours per month Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Tools: Hootsuite or HubSpot (depending on the client) Rate: TBD (hourly to start with the possibility of monthly retainer) Job Overview We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content and Reels Expert to manage social media for about 12 clients across various industries, including B2B, professional services, manufacturing, and automotive. This role involves writing engaging captions, designing graphics, creating video Reels, and scheduling content in Hootsuite or HubSpot. The ideal candidate understands how to create compelling content tailored for a professional audience while keeping up with social media trends and short-form video storytelling. You should be able to develop brand-aligned messaging and visuals that drive engagement and business awareness. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Write compelling captions and create eye-catching graphics using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. Reel Production: Edit short-form video content (Reels) that resonate with B2B and professional audiences. Scheduling & Posting: Upload content to Hootsuite or HubSpot according to the client’s content calendar. Trend Research: Stay up to date on industry and social media trends to ensure relevant and engaging content. Brand Adaptation: Maintain a distinct voice and aesthetic for each client’s brand. Requirements Proven Experience in social media content creation and Reels (portfolio required). Strong Writing & Editing Skills to craft engaging, professional captions that resonate with target audiences. Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Video Editing Knowledge (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar). Familiarity with Hootsuite or HubSpot for scheduling. Ability to Work Independently and meet deadlines. Preferred, but not required: Experience working with B2B, professional services, manufacturing, or automotive brands. Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategies for professional services.
