What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re a small but fast-growing electrical contracting company based in the Bay Area, and we’re looking for a versatile marketing and branding expert to help us establish a strong local presence, generate consistent leads, and elevate our brand in the residential, commercial, and solar markets. Your Role: You’ll take the lead in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes: • Brand development (voice, visuals, consistency) • Local digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, Nextdoor, Yelp) • Social media management (content calendar + posting) • Content creation support (editing videos/photos from job sites) • Website SEO and conversion optimization • Local lead generation and customer engagement What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience working with home services, trades, or construction industries • Ability to create and manage paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI • Strong eye for design and branding • Comfortable working with video/photo content (editing, reels, etc.) • Familiar with Google Business Profile, local SEO, and service area targeting • Can work independently, bring new ideas, and align with our business goals Bonus if you have experience with: • CRM tools (like Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar) • Email marketing or text campaigns • Building landing pages or simple web funnels Ongoing Work Opportunity: This is intended to be a long-term, part-time relationship (~10–20 hours/week to start), with room to grow as our company scales. ⸻ How to Apply: Please share: 1.
