New Dad who’s a Social Media Marketing Expert

Hi there, I’m Michael, a dad of six and the founder of Papa’s Bear (papasbear.com), a brand-new baby brand created to help dads bond with their babies through high-quality plush toys, baby gear, and meaningful essentials. We just launched and we’re looking for a talented, creative, and experienced social media marketing expert to take charge of our content creation and posting across all major platforms. This opportunity is open to individuals only, not agencies or large teams. We’re a new brand with a small budget, so we’re looking for someone who knows how to create real impact with limited resources. You should be highly creative, fast-moving, and able to produce heartfelt, scroll-stopping content that truly connects with dads. Most importantly, you must have the skill and instinct to create content that has the potential to go viral across platforms, not just nice posts, but content that people feel and share. It’s very important that you are a dad yourself, with a baby or toddler. We want someone who truly understands our mission from lived experience, not just marketing theory. What We’re Looking For: - A dad with a baby or toddler who personally connects with our message - Strong experience creating engaging, emotional, and highly shareable content - Ability to grow a brand through organic content, not ads or paid traffic - Confident filming, editing, writing captions, and posting across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and X - A good eye for design and trends, and the ability to keep a consistent brand voice - A passion for storytelling and building a brand with purpose - Reliable, independent, and creative What We Expect From You: - Please send a detailed proposal and presentation that includes the following: - A short introduction and why this project speaks to you - Your creative ideas and how you would approach content for Papa’s Bear - Sample posts, videos, or content you’ve made that show your style - Pricing, either hourly or flat rate - The tools or apps you use to manage social content - Examples of other brands you’ve worked with - At least five references and links to your current or past social media work We’re excited to build something meaningful together.
