Experienced Developer Needed for Home Maintenance Platform with Workflow Features
We're building a streamlined MVP for a SaaS platform that simplifies property maintenance and management. The web app will support multiple user roles (homeowners, landlords, tenants, vendors) and provide a structured workflow for handling service requests. Our focus is on building a clean, responsive, and scalable product with core functionality. What We're Looking For A full stack developer to help bring this MVP to life, including: Multi-role user authentication and dashboard setup Custom form workflows (with file upload and permission toggles) Basic vendor dispatch logic and scheduling tools Integration with Google Maps or similar Responsive design for mobile and desktop Support with deployment (e.g., Vercel, AWS) What We’ll Provide Branding (logo, colors, assets) Complete content and screen copy Design mockups User workflows and functional specs Consistent feedback and clear scope Ideal Experience Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (React) and backend (Node.js) Prior experience building SaaS products or internal tools Clean, documented code and clear communication Experience deploying cloud-based apps Familiarity with service, CRM, or property-related platforms is a plus Our working budget for this project is around $5,000, but we’re open to discussing scope-based adjustments with the right candidate.
