Pinterest Management Design and schedule 30–50 fresh, keyword-rich Pins per week in Tailwind or Pinterest scheduler. Repin top-performing Pins daily and invite to/engage with relevant group boards. A/B test Pin titles and graphics; optimize descriptions to improve click-through rates. Technical & SEO Tasks : Perform weekly site-speed checks: compress new images, fix 404 errors, and apply lazy loading. Update meta titles & descriptions; maintain site schema where applicable. Monitor Google Analytics goals for Pinterest referrals and report any anomalies. Analytics & Reporting: Pull weekly snapshots of GA traffic, Pinterest click sessions, and ad-relevant metrics. Prepare a concise strategy brief every Friday: wins, gaps, and recommended pivots for the following week. Use data to flag underperforming content and suggest quick wins or paid promotion opportunities. Email Newsletter Support (ad-hoc): Draft 4 short monthly newsletter scripts highlighting top posts and seasonal content. Coordinate scheduling in Flodesk and track open/click rates. Must-Have Skills & Experience WordPress Proficiency: Comfortable drafting, formatting, and publishing posts; familiar with common page-builder plugins. Pinterest Expert: Proven track record of creating Pins that drive 20+ clicks each; skilled with Pinterest Trends and Tailwind. SEO Basics: Strong grasp of on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, image alt text). Analytics Savvy: Able to pull and interpret GA traffic reports, set up basic goals, and translate data into action items. Communication & Organization: Excellent written English and attention to detail. Familiar with Trello/Asana or Google Sheets for content calendars. Proactive about flagging issues and suggesting improvements. Preferred Qualifications Experience working toward ad-network approval (Mediavine, AdThrive, etc.). Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) for quick Pin creation. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Flodesk). Interest in fashion, home decor, and lifestyle topics.
