Part-Time Email Outreach Specialist (Law Enforcement Focus)
We’re a video production company that works with public safety organizations in the U.S. and are looking for ongoing support with lead research and email outreach. This role involves: Researching and identifying the correct point of contact at U.S.-based public safety agencies (criteria and flowchart will be provided). Collecting and entering lead data (name, title, email, agency, etc.) into a shared Google spreadsheet. Sending a pre-written email outreach sequence (templates provided). Managing replies and flagging leads that need attention. Ideal Candidate: Excellent written English and attention to detail Strong online research skills (especially digging through municipal government websites and staff directories) Experience with cold email outreach or outbound marketing Familiarity with Google Sheets and Gmail. Comfortable working independently and tracking tasks in a clear, organized way
