Fractional CRO for Industrial SaaS (20–30 hrs/week initially) We’re looking for a fractional Chief Revenue Officer to build and execute our Go-To-Market strategy for an early-stage B2B SaaS product. Our platform serves heavy industrial clients — including refineries, chemical plants, ammonia, and fertilizer facilities — by streamlining turnaround planning, inspections, capital project coordination, and real-time field analytics. You’ll be responsible for: Developing and launching our GTM strategy Refining ICPs and sales messaging Recruiting and onboarding our first SDR and AE Standing up a sales process and reporting structure Helping identify and hire a full-time CRO in the future Commitment: ~20–30 hrs/week initially, tapering to 10–20 hrs as hires are made and the system is running. Ideal candidates have B2B SaaS experience in complex or technical industries, and a track record of building early sales teams from the ground up.
