Target Plus PPC Manager (6+ Months Experience Required)

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Manager with direct experience managing Target Plus marketplace advertising. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media strategies specifically tailored to the Target Plus platform. You must have at least 6 months of hands-on experience managing successful PPC campaigns on Target Plus, including Sponsored Products and Display Ads. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and optimize Target Plus PPC campaigns to drive ROAS, visibility, and conversions Manage keyword research, A/B ad testing, bid strategy, and campaign scaling Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and inventory teams to align promotional strategy Stay updated with Target Roundel and Target Plus advertising updates, trends, and beta features Manage budgets efficiently and ensure full spend utilization while optimizing profit margins Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of proven experience running PPC ads on Target Plus Deep knowledge of Target Ads Manager (Roundel), Target Sponsored Product Ads, and marketplace mechanics Experience with performance reporting and data analysis Ability to manage multiple SKUs and categories within Target Plus Strong attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines Bonus: Experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, or other retail media networks Preferred Tools: Target Ads Manager Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis Reporting tools like Looker Studio, Helium 10, or custom dashboards
