Zapier & Booking Flow Automation Specialist – Facebook Ad to Booking + Payment Workflow
We’re looking for a tech-savvy funnel and automation expert to help us build and automate a full lead-to-booking and payment workflow from Facebook ads. You’ll be responsible for setting up a seamless process that guides a user from a Facebook ad through either: A form → payment → booking sequence OR A "Learn More" ad → booked meeting (without payment) This role requires experience in: Marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, etc.) Calendar tools (Calendly, Acuity, etc.) Payment integration (Stripe, PayPal) Email automation and list building (ConvertKit, MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, or similar) Scope of Work: Funnel Path #1 (PAID FLOW) Facebook Ad → Lead Form Trigger email with payment link After payment, trigger: Confirmation email Booking page for Creative Production Session Ensure minimum 4-day delay between production and Recording Session Final calendar booking for Recording All confirmation/reminder emails for each step Add user to segmented email list
