Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive and Personal Assistant with majority focus on CEO support, cross-over projects with our executive team. This combined position (90% Admin / 10% Other) ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and enhancing overall productivity. 1. Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments. 2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. 3. Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy. 4. Coordinate personal errands and appointments. 5. Manage travel arrangements 6. Assist with personal projects and special event coordination. 7. Provide discreet support for personal matters as required. 8. Conduct research to support decision-making and project planning. 9. Assist in organizing team events, retreats, and meetings. 10. Monitor and track expenses, preparing reports as needed. • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong skills in top 10 business software (word, excel, acrobat, etc), skilled social media / social media marketing / deep dive online research • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
