I am having difficulty creating a bar plot for my taxonomy data in RStudio. The data for the x-axis contains two factors with uneven levels, which seems to be causing issues—the bars and facets are misaligned, and the plot isn't generating as expected. This worked correctly in the past, but I’m not sure what’s going wrong now. I would appreciate any advice or example code for visualizing this kind of data. Thank you!
