AI/ML Developer Needed for PropTech Valuation MVP (Confidential Project)
We are an experienced real estate operator preparing to launch a consumer-facing valuation platform (PropTech SaaS MVP) and are seeking a skilled AI/ML developer or small team to assist with the initial MVP build. We are looking for: Experience building AI/ML models for pricing, valuation, or forecasting tools. Knowledge of real estate data, AVM models, or similar is a plus. Ability to work with structured data, APIs, and build proof-of-concept AI outputs. Bonus if you have experience with LLMs or computer vision for property analysis.
