We are a boutique marketing agency searching for an experienced Paid Media Manager who can confidently run and scale campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. We need someone who understands what it takes to drive real revenue — not just clicks. You’ve worked in fast-paced agency environments, juggled multiple accounts, and know how to deliver data-driven results that actually convert. You are PERFECT for this role if you: ✅ Have proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn ✅ Know how to conduct strategic audience research, competitive analysis, and creative testing to optimize performance ✅ Knows how to use & set up pixels, Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, Commerce Manager & more. ✅Is a wizard when it comes to conversion tracking. ✅ Are a pro at setting up tracking — pixels, tags, custom conversions, and retargeting funnels across different platforms ✅ Can create and test ad assets yourself (graphics, videos, carousel ads) — no hand-holding required (we have a small team you could assist here and there) ✅ Understand how to interpret ad performance reports and provide clear, strategic recommendations ✅ Are proactive, communicative, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving agency environment What we value: We’re a relaxed, supportive team — but we take performance seriously.
