We are seeking an experienced hotel revenue manager to set and monitor pricing strategies monthly for our charming Bed and Breakfast style Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality market, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize revenue through strategic pricing. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor rates, and demand forecasts to maximize our occupancy and revenue. We'd start by setting rates based on trends and projections for year forecasted. We'd then follow through with minor adjustments on a monthly basis to drive revenue based on existing occupancy. This candidate should be familiar with ResNexus Property Management software, 3rd party OTA's like Booking and Expedia, as well as our local Market here in New Orleans LA. We don't require our candidate to live in New Orleans, however we do require they are able to visit the hotel for an in person interview as well as to familiarize themselves with the property as a whole.
