Quickbooks online cleanup and ongoing maintenance
I am looking for an experienced professional with a good working knowledge of Quickbooks Online. The role will involve 3 phases, namely i) cleaning up the existing set of numbers in Quickbooks Online and ii) ongoing financial reporting and iii) aiding in tax preparation. The current books have around 18 months of data. The scope we are looking for is as follows: 1) Clean up the current set of of QB online including the chart of accounts and relevant income statement categorization. 2) Prepare the financials for tax reporting. 3) Implement the accounting systems in QB online to allow us to track profitability by project (we execute around 300 small projects per year). 4) Set up the appropriate accrual accounting automatons 5) Review on a weekly and monthly basis the company transactions and financials 6) Provide financial reports and analysis on a monthly and as needed basis. 7) Participate in the annual budgeting process.
