We are a financial planning firm seeking a part-time Financial Data & Reporting Coordinator to support our back-office operations for ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role is not client-facing, but it’s essential to our ability to deliver exceptional service. You'll be the go-to resource for tracking client financial activity, organizing documents, and generating accurate reports for internal use. Key Details: Estimated 10–20 hours/week What You'll Do: Upload, organize, and maintain financial documents (bank statements, investment account activity, etc.) in our planning and accounting systems Monitor cash flow and spending trends across multiple accounts (bank, credit card, investment) Provide weekly updates on client inflows/outflows, anomalies, or patterns Generate reports for internal team members to use in financial planning and client meetings Coordinate with internal team to ensure accurate data setup and maintenance Ensure consistency of financial data across systems What We're Looking For: Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organization skills Experience with CRMs (Salesforce is a plus), cloud-based document storage, and reporting tools Ability to work independently and manage tasks without daily oversight Familiarity with financial statements and/or accounting or planning software (e.g., Quicken, Excel, or cash flow planning tools) Strong discretion with sensitive financial information Proactive, reliable, and excellent at follow-through This is a great opportunity for someone with a finance or bookkeeping background who enjoys organizing data, supporting a high-performing team, and working behind the scenes to make an impact.
