We are looking to staff a mid-level Compliance Project Manager/ Security Analyst to report to the CISO of a tech startup for up to 10 - 15 hours per week on a long-term basis. Following are the responsibilities: Ongoing Operational Support • Day-to-day management of Security Operations backlog • Incident Response Postmortems and Write-ups • Remediation Management Monitoring, Detection & Reporting • Weekly Security Status Reporting • Intune Device Compliance • Defender for Endpoint Monitoring • Incidents • Vulnerabilities • Email Review • Endpoints for Exclusion • Defender for Cloud Monitoring • Review of Monthly Scans • DLP Monitoring Compliance & Policy Mgmt • POA&M Management • Yearly Policy and Procedure Updates • FISMA Evidence Collection and Coordination • SOC II Evidence Collection and Coordination Training & Exercises • Yearly Security Awareness Training • Yearly Tabletop Exercises
