CPA Need for California Tax Francise Board
I’m currently working with a client who needs support responding to the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB). They’re dealing with a backlog of unfiled documentation and notices, and I’m looking to subcontract a CPA to assist with: • Reviewing and organizing FTB correspondence • Identifying missing filings or issues flagged by the state • Advising on next steps to resolve state compliance issues That said, I’m really looking to build a long-term relationship with a U.S.-based CPA (preferably located in California) who can support my business on an ongoing basis. Beyond this current project, I need someone who can: • Answer tax questions from clients (individuals and small businesses) • Provide tax planning and strategic advice • Help with things like LLC structuring, retirement tax strategy, and IRS/state correspondence Responsiveness is extremely important. My clients often reach out with urgent questions, and I need a CPA I can trust to respond to emails quickly—as client needs arise, I want to loop you in and get answers in a timely manner.
