Construction Activity and Timeline Estimation
I am seeking someone, preferably a contractor or engineer that is very familiar with construction, to (1) review a site plan, (2) review a grading plan, and (3) review a utility plan to provide answers and a description to the following questions below. One or more project engineers and consultants will be available to answer questions in order to provide sufficient detail to answer the questions below: Describe the estimated construction start date and length of overall construction period. Describe in detail the total number of anticipated phases. • Estimated cubic yards of vegetation removed during land clearing and how the material will be disposed and how the vegetation would be removed (type of equipment needed), and where it would be disposed of. • Describe the estimated duration of site preparation, including estimated material to be exported and imported, and estimated trip length for hauling material • Describe the duration of grading, including cut and fill activities, estimated soil/material for import/export, and total project acres to be disturbed per day. • Estimate duration for paving • Estimate the start date and duration for building construction activities • Identify any demolition of existing facilities & structures needed for this project.
