Graphic Designer for High-Stakes Client Meeting (Potential Long-Term Partnership)

We’re a boutique consulting firm working with institutional investment clients. We have a high-stakes, in-person kickoff meeting with a major client this coming Monday (May 20), and we need a designer available immediately to help polish and package a few important client-facing materials. We're looking for someone who: Works quickly and communicates clearly Can take rough content (from Word, Google Docs, or Canva) and make it look polished, elevated, and clean Understands layout, whitespace, clarity, and subtlety (we’re not looking for overdesigned or gimmicky assets) Is comfortable with fast turnaround and feedback What we need this week: A polished PDF handout from a content draft (1–2 pages) Design a 10-slide deck (style consistency, layout polish) Possibly a one-pager insight sheet or quick visual breakout You must be: Available to start now and responsive through the weekend if needed Comfortable working independently with clear direction and light feedback Respectful of project scope—we’re looking for efficient, thoughtful design work, not inflated hours. We value clarity, not clocking time. If this goes well: We’d love to form a long-term partnership for future consulting decks, reports, client visuals, and digital assets. We’ve worked with great designers in the past and are serious about quality—but also very easy to work with when things are done well.
