A client that I am working with is going through a significant restructuring of their balance sheet debt and a divesture of an entity on their books and their debt. I am looking for someone who has a significant level of experience in dealing with purchase price accounting/debt restructuring who can help me steer the process in coming up with the accounting for the restructuring entries and can help prepare a memo for the entries that were completed
