Need Licensed CPA Review of Pro Forma Financials for Non-Operating School (1–2 Hours Only)
I am applying for approval to operate a non-operating vocational school in California through the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). I have already completed pro forma (projected) financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement. I only need a licensed CPA to perform a formal review (not an audit) and issue a standard Review Report confirming that the statements conform with GAAP. Because the school is non-operating and the financials are complete, this project should take no more than 1–2 hours. The final deliverables are: • A signed Review Report (limited assurance review) • The reviewed pro forma statements Only licensed CPAs should apply.
