I'm seeking an experienced multifamily underwriter to review and refine the assumptions for a value-add multifamily acquisition I am currently evaluating. The project will involve analyzing my current underwriting model and key inputs — including rent growth, expense assumptions, renovation premiums, vacancy rates, exit cap rates, and other key drivers — and providing detailed feedback and recommendations based on market conditions and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience underwriting multifamily acquisitions, particularly value-add deals, and should be comfortable reviewing full models and offering actionable advice. Familiarity with market trends, operational underwriting, and risk analysis is critical. A brief Zoom or phone call to walk through key recommendations would be helpful but is not required.
