We’re a specialty window restoration company seeking a skilled architectural drafter or designer to assist with the final revision of our custom wood storm window drawing set. The set includes multiple storm window types (top-hung, single-hung, side-hinged, fixed) and needs to reflect preservation standards, fabrication clarity, and installation logic. These drawings will be used on projects involving many historic buildings, so attention to reversibility, sightlines, and material compatibility is critical. What We Need Help With: Incorporating a detailed set of existing revision notes Collaborating with us to develop a combined, organized instruction set for the final round of edits Providing feedback and suggestions to improve clarity, constructability, and preservation compliance Adding and refining: Design standards page (muntin alignment, glazing options, reversibility, finish specs) Exploded joinery view (3D or isometric preferred) Hardware and material callouts Labeling optional features (muntins, screens, glazing types) Water management and venting details (weep holes, drip edges) General clean-up (terminology consistency, cam lock location, sheet organization) Deliverables: A bulleted Word document outlining required drawing revisions and additions Markups on the current PDF drawing set
