Draft Person or Architect wanted for Plan update - Commercial Permit in California
We are looking for a draft person or architect to help us bring our current plans up to code to renovate our commercial building located in Sacramento County (California) so that we can obtain a permit through the city. We have plans right now that were submitted in 2021, but when we received the redline version back no one made the needed corrections. The city building codes have been updated in 2023 so our plans will need to be updated to match the code, plus the plans need details added in that were left out by the original architect. We do have the original plans and the redline version of the plans (check the attachment for the redline version) but it is only in a PDF and not AutoCAD so you may need to re-draw them. We don't mind if you work out of a different state but we ask that you contract with any necessary architects or engineers that need to stamp on these plans so that we can get them approved. We will pay you in milestones and are looking for someone to work with until we have permit in hand. Please tell us about your work on any similar projects and if you have experience going back and forth with the city/counties until commercial building renovation plans are complete and your client got permit in hand.
