I’m looking for a creative video editor/producer to help turn long-form written content into highly engaging YouTube videos. The goal is to repurpose written material into polished, voiceover-driven videos that inform and entertain — no need for anyone to be on camera. What You’ll Do: Take 1–2 written pieces per week and turn them into YouTube-friendly scripts and videos Add dynamic visuals: stock footage, text overlays, charts, or animations to keep the viewer engaged Use or arrange voiceovers Deliver videos that are typically 8–15 minutes, paced well and visually sharp Ideal Candidate: Has experience turning complex written topics into compelling video formats Can suggest creative visual direction even when the topic is data-heavy Has access to good voiceover tools or voice talent Is comfortable working with recurring weekly content Bonus: Familiarity with video styles like ColdFusion, Company Man, or Plain Bagel To Apply: Share relevant video samples Include your rate per finished video or per minute Briefly explain how you approach turning written content into watchable, high-retention video
