U.S.-Based Graphic Designer for Recognition Plaque Concepts
Job Description: I’m looking for a U.S.-based graphic designer with a strong eye for branding and product design to create concepts for recognition plaques that will be awarded to properties as part of a certification program for condos and co-ops. These plaques will be mounted on building exteriors or displayed in lobbies, so the design must be high-end, polished, and visually striking. Project Scope: 1. Create Initial Plaque Design Concepts Explore three material options: Acrylic (glass-look alternative) Brass (with a protective finish to prevent patina) Brushed Stainless Steel Show different shape and size variations, including: Rectangular Square Circular (LEED-inspired look) 2. Refine and Finalize Selected Concept Once a preferred material and shape are chosen, refine the design accordingly. 3. Create High-Quality Photoshop Mock-Ups Superimpose the selected plaque design onto building exteriors and lobby settings to visualize real-world applications. Ensure realistic lighting, shadows, and perspective adjustments to make the plaques appear naturally mounted.
