Organic Social Media Content Creator & Scheduler Pools & Outdoor Living
Description: Coastal Pools is a high-end pool design, build, remodel, and service company serving Maryland and Delaware. We’re looking for a mid-level content creator to manage our organic social media calendar—someone who understands how to showcase luxury outdoor living across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest in a clean, engaging, and community-forward way. We’ll provide brand assets, video clips, photos, and content direction. You’ll turn it into a steady stream of high-quality social posts that represent our craftsmanship, team, and client experience. What You’ll Do: Build and manage a full monthly content calendar (12–20 posts/month) Write strong captions that reflect our brand voice: professional, personable, and focused on quality Design branded graphics in Canva (we’ll share templates and brand kit) Repurpose raw video footage into reels/stories (training, tips, behind-the-scenes, etc.) Schedule and post content through HubSpot and Pinterest Strategically pin content to relevant Pinterest boards to boost visibility and long-term engagement Occasionally help us brainstorm organic post ideas based on brand goals Ideal Fit: Solid design + copywriting skills Familiar with Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram best practices for service or lifestyle brands Comfortable working with existing brand guidelines and content Bonus if you’ve worked with outdoor living, construction, or luxury service brands Can commit to consistent delivery each month
