Migration from react-table v7 to tanstack table v8
I am migrating from React Table 7 to React Table 8 (Tanstack Table) for our tables in my React app, and I need help with this. All work for this project in the form of paired-programming sessions where I screen-share, and you help me. This project should only take 3 - 5 hours as I am almost done with the migration, but struggling with certain final aspects of the migration (sorting, pinned columns, table resizing, etc)
