Photographer and Videographer Needed – Orlando Seminar (July 16 2025) Event Details Location: Signia Hilton Orlando Date: July 16 2025 Time: 9 AM to 12 Noon (setup by 8 AM) We Need Videography (1 videographer with 2 cameras) One stationary camera for full-stage coverage (tripod-mounted) One roaming camera for audience interaction b-roll and close-ups Clear audio recording of all speakers and demos B-roll of branding networking crowd reactions and event materials One to two minute highlight reel Three to five vertical video clips (under 60 seconds) delivered same day for social media Option for full edited seminar video Raw footage delivered within 48 hours Photography (1 photographer with 2 cameras or assistant) Wide room and stage shots Action shots of speakers and crowd Networking moments close-ups of branding and materials Two to three professional headshots of founder or team On-site headshots of select attendees delivered instantly to their phones Five to ten edited photos delivered same day for immediate use Minimum 50 final edited photos Raw files delivered within 48 hours Requirements Must have professional-grade gear (dual-camera setup preferred) Experienced with fast-paced live events Ability to deliver same-day selects and social clips Comfortable working solo or with assistant Local to Orlando or able to travel To Apply Submit Portfolio with relevant event work Flat rate or hourly rate with estimated total Confirmation of availability for July 16 2025 Note if you have an assistant or second shooter available Hiring immediately
