MEP Designer Needed for Senior Assisted Living Project (PE Stamp Required – California)
I’m developing a 7,000 SF single-story senior residential care facility (RCFE) in Santa Rosa, CA, and need Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plans prepared for building permit submittal. I’m looking for someone who can: Produce complete MEP design drawings (HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, mechanical schedules) Work with California building code standards, especially for residential care facilities Coordinate with architect and structural drawings Scope: Drawings must be permit-ready for Santa Rosa Building Department Must meet RCFE-specific code, accessibility, and fire/life safety requirements Ideally, be familiar with Title 24, WUI (wildland-urban interface), and California Green Code PE Stamp Requirement: Plans must be stamped by a California-licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Please indicate if: You are a California PE and can both design and stamp, OR You can design the plans and I can have them reviewed and stamped by a separate California PE Deliverables: Full MEP drawing set in PDF and CAD (DWG) formats Stamped plans (either by you or coordinated with my licensed PE) Budget: Looking for cost-effective options.
