Shopify Product Data Entry & Pricing Updates
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shopify Product Data Entry Specialist to join our e-commerce team on a freelance basis. Your primary responsibility will be managing and updating product information in our Shopify store, focusing on pricing changes from updates and competitive analysis, product attributes, and vendor data formatting. RESPONSIBILITIES Update product pricing in Shopify based on: New vendor price sheets Ongoing competitive pricing analysis Enter and update product attributes (e.g., size, weight, dimensions, descriptions, categories) Format and clean vendor price lists into standardized templates (Excel/CSV) for import Prepare data files for accurate import into: Shopify (product info and pricing) ShipperHQ (shipping attributes) NetSuite (inventory and pricing alignment) Coordinate with our team to ensure all SKUs are properly maintained and categorized REQUIREMENTS Proven experience with Shopify product management Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (e.g., formulas, formatting, data cleanup) Ability to standardize data across multiple vendor formats Experience with ShipperHQ and/or NetSuite (or willingness to learn) Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and competitive pricing strategies Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
