Part Time Bookkeeper for Boat Manufacturing Company
We are a design and manufacturing company specializing in luxury houseboats and custom floating homes. Looking for a skilled part-time bookkeeper to support our growing business. You will be responsible for everything from basic data entry to bank reconciliations. We're looking for someone who can set up a QuickBooks Online account for us and then update our books. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become year-round work. **Responsibilities: * Set up and maintain QuickBooks Online * Perform weekly bookkeeping tasks including: * Basic data entry * Bank and credit card reconciliations * Updating ledgers and financial records * Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reports Requirements: * Proven experience in QuickBooks Online * Strong bookkeeping/accounting background * High attention to detail and organization * Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines * Experience with small businesses or manufacturing is a plus * Estimated 5–10 hours per week * Hourly rate: $35–$55, depending on experience and efficiency * Prefer US freelancers We’re a small but passionate team, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
