Experienced Attorney Needed for Business Judgement Case
We are seeking an experienced attorney to assist with an appeal to the courts in Salt lake City, Utah. Many years ago, I owned a company based out of New York that defaulted on a loan from OnDeck capital. Since then the business has closed and has not been operational since 2022. The case was turned over to the SLC courts and the judge was sided with the law firm. It's not a large sum of money, about $8,500 including their legal fee's, but I'd like to get this appealed to try again with a lawyer. I responded to this on my own last time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business litigation and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in judgment cases.
