Autotask + HostPilot + QuickBooks Online Integration Specialist (Prebuilt Connectors)
Description: We are seeking a contractor or consultant to set up and configure prebuilt integrations between: - Intermedia HostPilot and Autotask PSA, and - Autotask PSA and QuickBooks Online (QBOL). The goal is to automate service provisioning and billing by leveraging existing integration tools (not custom APIs). Scope of Work: - Configure Intermedia's PSA integration to sync HostPilot users/services with Autotask - Map Autotask customers, products, and invoices to QuickBooks Online using Datto’s native connector or equivalent - Validate sync logic, data mapping, and billing automation - Provide documentation and short user guide - Offer limited post-deployment support Requirements: - Demonstrable experience with Autotask PSA administration - Experience configuring HostPilot integrations or working with Intermedia platforms - Familiarity with QuickBooks Online sync tools (Datto connector, middleware like Commercient, etc.) - Strong communication and documentation skills - Available to start within the next 5 business days
