Ongoing Accounting Support for Small Business Owner (QuickBooks Preferred)
Hi there! I’m looking for an experienced accountant or bookkeeper who can help me get my finances organized and build a simple, streamlined system that I can maintain on a monthly basis. About Me: I’m a self-employed business owner with two main income streams and growing revenue. I’m familiar with QuickBooks and would prefer to use that platform, but I’m open to suggestions if you recommend something else that better fits my needs. What I’m Looking For: • Initial financial review + QuickBooks (or equivalent) setup • Help organizing and allocating two income sources • Guidance on tax benefits, business elections, and proper entity structure • Set up a monthly system for reconciliation and expense tracking • Support with estimated quarterly tax payments • 90-day check-ins for oversight and accountability • Year-end tax preparation This would be an ongoing relationship with initial setup and consultation, then a lighter touch with monthly and quarterly support moving forward.
