We are looking for a marketing-savvy graphic designer to audit, refine, and create high-converting print and event materials for our handyman business, home maintenance plans, and B2B marketing (brochures for property managers and business partnerships). The ideal candidate should have expertise in both branding and direct-response marketing to ensure our materials effectively generate leads and strengthen B2B relationships. Process & Expectations Audit existing business cards, flyers, postcards, banners, yard signs, door hangers, brochures, and event materials. Interview & Strategy to understand our business model, value proposition, and key insights to craft compelling messaging. Develop Hook & Layouts with best-practice calls-to-action (CTAs) to attract homeowners and B2B clients. Design Initial Concepts for print-ready materials, including: Business Cards Flyers & Direct Mail Postcards Roll-up Banners Social Media Graphics Yard Signs & Door Hangers Brochures for Property Managers & B2B Partnerships Branded Tablecloths & Event Materials Feedback & Revisions to refine and finalize materials. Final Delivery with print-ready files and digital versions for multi-channel use. Ideal Candidate Experience in home services & B2B marketing (handyman, property management, local business partnerships, etc.). Strong graphic design & branding skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.). Understanding of lead generation & direct-response marketing. Portfolio showcasing successful print & event marketing materials.
