What You'll Do: The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), providing high-quality remote supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and delivering parent/caregiver training via telehealth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing technology for service delivery, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering effective in home ABA services to improve the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: o Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) remotely using telehealth methodologies. o Analyze data to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. • Treatment Planning and Program Development: o Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans that address communication, social, adaptive living, and behavior reduction goals. o Regularly update treatment plans based on data analysis and client progress, ensuring clinical effectiveness. o Develop program materials and stimuli that can be effectively utilized in a remote service delivery model by RBTs and families. • Remote Supervision and Clinical Oversight: o Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and/or other behavior technicians via telehealth, in accordance with BACB guidelines and company standards. o Conduct remote observation of RBT-implemented sessions, providing constructive feedback, modeling, and training. o Review RBT data collection, session notes, and ensure treatment fidelity. o Support RBT professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines. • Parent/Caregiver Training and Collaboration: o Develop and deliver effective, evidence-based parent/caregiver training programs via telehealth to promote skill generalization and maintenance. o Collaborate closely with families to ensure consistency in approach and to address their concerns and priorities. o Facilitate remote team meetings with families and other involved professionals. • Data Analysis and Reporting: o Utilize data collection systems to track client progress, analyze behavioral data, and make data-driven decisions. o Prepare and submit timely and accurate progress reports, treatment plans, and other required documentation. Qualifications: o Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. o Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. o Experience in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and creating skill acquisition programs. o Experience providing supervision to RBTs. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. o Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills. o Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
