We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, provide technical support to end-users, and help maintain IT systems. Job Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users. - Manage and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner. - Support and maintain systems including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, point-of-sale (POS) - systems, printers, and other hardware. - Provide remote assistance to employees across various locations. - Document and escalate complex technical issues as needed. - Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 3 years of prior helpdesk or IT support experience required. - Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. - Understanding of networking principles. - Experience supporting POS systems and hardware troubleshooting. - Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL, or similar certifications are preferred. Working Conditions - Remote position; must have a reliable internet connection and workspace. - Availability required between noon and 8 PM EST to support operations.
