I am doing research regarding eavesdropping in Illinois in regards to the eavesdropping act and how it affects whistleblowers. I need to see precedents and case law in Illinois state court, as well as 7th district in regards to eavesdropping as a whole, and to see if you find any whistleblower cases. Let's see what you dig up before we expand or contract the scope. This will be in regards to civil matters only. After all civil cases are exhausted we will look at criminal cases. This is an attempt to pay you to be able to find and sort data from legal sorces ie pacer, justia, etc.
