Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Client Communications, CRM Management & Maintenance Requests

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to work with our team part-time, assisting with client communications, CRM management, and handling emergency maintenance requests three days per week. This position will be filled by an agency, and the VA will be responsible for managing calls, emails, voicemails, CRM updates, and responding to emergency maintenance inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls in a professional manner and provide assistance as needed Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner (24-hour response time) Monitor and manage voicemails, ensuring urgent messages are prioritized and responded to promptly Maintain and update information in CRM systems to ensure accuracy Handle emergency maintenance requests by promptly forwarding information to the maintenance team and following up on resolution status Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient business operations Requirements: Fluent in English with minimal accent, strong communication skills Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools (email, phone systems, etc.) Available for 3 days per week with a 24-hour response time for client communications Must be able to handle emergency maintenance requests and escalate them to the appropriate team Compensation: $8/hour (up to 4 hours/day, 2 days/week depending on availability) How to Apply: Please submit your proposal with your agency’s experience, availability, and your hourly rate.
