A single case agreement may be required, but we’re open to your recommended path. Goal: Ensure each session is reimbursed without ongoing involvement from the psychiatrist. Scope: • Identify and execute the best path (SCA, gap exception, etc.) • Handle necessary forms and documentation • Provide a clear, reusable process we can follow for future claims Requirements: • Medicaid claims experience (Healthy Blue preferred) • Knowledge of behavioral health coding and authorizations • Able to deliver results in 1–3 weeks
