Bookkeeper
We are looking for a QBO certified bookkeeper to do our monthly accounting reconciliations. We have a small recruiting business; all cash/credit card transactions; no accounts payable or receivable; about 2 hours of work monthly to reconcile revenue from Stripe (about 20 transactions/mo) and credit card expenses from 2 credit cards + a few ACH payments through the bank. We use the accrual method so some revenue and expenses may need to be accrued before or after the transaction date but this may only occur from time to time. All books are clean and they have been managed by a great bookkeeper (QBO certified and former Intuit employee) and reviewed annually by our CPA. Also everything is reconciled until Feb. 2025. We need to reconcile March and April and monthly going forward.
