Hiring Pipeline Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hiring Pipeline Coordinator to streamline our recruitment process. You'll be responsible for managing job postings, tracking applicant pipelines, conducting screenings, and preparing offer letters. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and team members. If you have experience in recruitment and a passion for helping organizations find the right talent, we want to hear from you! Responsiblities include: Review job descriptions, provide feedback to optimize roles and publish to job sites Identify, manage and track hiring pipelines (applicant tracking system (ATS), job postings, LinkedIn)   Screen candidates, contact references and perform background checks Inform applicants of job details, such as duties, benefits, schedules  Provide reporting and metrics on recruiting (channels and process)  This is a part-time, hourly position. Candidates must have proven experience in handling multiple hiring pipelines with timeliness and efficiency.
