Completion of Spreadsheet Inquiring about Rental Community Rates
I need assistance in completing a spreadsheet I started. The spreadsheet lists the LOT RENT rate of various mobile home parks in Brevard County Florida, the amenities of the Community, and the costs the residents are obligated to pay. All the information needs to be filled out in the spreadsheet. I ONLY need the LOT RENT rate, not the rate for rental homes. Lot rent is the rate someone pays to rent the land. You will use the website link and the attached document which lists all the mobile home parks in Brevard County to create the list of communities- there are duplicates and there are a total of about 110 communities. You will need to: 1. Google the Community to find the phone number and call them 2. Query the community about their lot rent rate, email address, amenities, and ask what the resident pays for. You can say you work for someone who owns a mobile home park in Brevard County and are doing a market survey. 3. Type into the spreadsheet the information. I have attached the spreadsheet in Excel I started. I also attached a PDF listing most all communities by name in Brevard County. The second point of reference listing communities is https://www.mhvillage.com/parks/fl/brevard-county Use this information to create the spreadsheet. I NEED EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR ALL COMMUNITIES please. If it takes 5 minutes per community times 110 communities that is 550 minutes or 9.16 hours. 9 hours times 33 dollars an hour is about $300 which is the fee for this project. Thank you
