Accountant Needed for Growing Tactical Gear Manufacturer | Netsuite + QuickBooks Expert
RTS Tactical is a fast-growing, mission-driven manufacturer based in South Florida. We design and produce cutting-edge protective gear for the brave men and women who serve our communities and country. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable accountant with experience in both NetSuite and QuickBooks to help manage and maintain our financial records with accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Review and match inventory receipts to vendor invoices Ensure accurate general ledger entries and month-end close processes Maintain clean financial records and assist in financial reporting Collaborate with internal operations team to ensure financial accuracy Requirements: Proven experience with NetSuite (preferred) and QuickBooks Online Strong background in reconciliations, inventory accounting, and accounting best practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable communicating over Zoom/video calls and working independently Availability for up to 10 hours per week This is a great opportunity to work with a purpose-driven company committed to quality and impact.
