TIAA Contribution True-up
My company invests its employees' 403b contributions with TIAA. There have been issues with the online platform. We have made contributions and they've been rejected, we then submitted them again and they were accepted. We've had a lot of cash moving back and forth between the retirement accounts and our bank account. I need someone who has experience using TIAA online platform to reconcile 1) employee retirement accounts to make sure they have been receiving the correct amount of retirement contributions and 2) the total amount of money paid to TIAA and returned to make sure all of the cash has been accounted for.
