Project Scope - Configure existing AI tools (e.g., OCR, NLP) to extract data from purchase orders (PDFs, emails, or other formats) and map it to QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise fields. - Set up automation workflows to auto-populate purchase order fields (e.g., vendor details, item descriptions, quantities, prices) in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. - Use AI for data validation to ensure accurate mapping and compliance with accounting standards. - Test and validate workflows to minimize errors. - Provide documentation for the implemented solution. Required Skills - Experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and its data entry processes. - Proficiency in configuring AI tools (e.g., OCR, NLP) for data extraction and processing. - Familiarity with automation tools compatible with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. - Understanding of accounting principles and purchase order workflows.
