Orbus iServer Administration and Task Requirements The iServer Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the iServer platform to ensure it meets organizational needs for architecture, process management, and business analysis. Core Responsibilities System Administration: Monitor server health, perform regular maintenance, apply patches, and manage iServer upgrades. User Management: Create, update, and deactivate user accounts; manage roles, permissions, and group memberships. Data Management: Support import, export, and synchronization of data; maintain repository integrity; perform backups and restorations as needed. Configuration and Customization: Configure iServer modules (e.g., Architect, BPA, GRC), customize templates and workflows based on evolving business requirements. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for user issues; troubleshoot performance problems; escalate vendor support cases as needed. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership visibility. Training and Documentation: Create user guides, deliver end-user training sessions, and maintain system administration documentation.
